A Purely Nutritious life is comprised of 5 key areas; mental clarity, hydration, intentional movement, nutrition, and gratitude.
We will spend a designated about of time on each of these areas, allowing you to develop and practice new routines that will ultimately be the foundation of your best self.
Fundamentals of a Purely Nutritious life 90 minute Session
During this session we focus on the 5 key areas of a Purely Nutritious life and set personal goals for each one.
Building the routines 45-60 minutes sessions; 1 session per week *Daily outreach via text or email is available
Week 1 - 2: Mental Clarity
Week 3: Hydration
Week 4 - 6: Intentional Movement
Week 7 - 10: Nutrition
Week 11 - 12: Gratitude
Accountability/Mentorship 15-30 minutes sessions; 2 sessions per week *daily outreach via text or email is available
Weeks 13 - 16; These weeks will be about you discovering all that you are capable of, while having a safety net to fall back on.
By the end of this program you will know that the habits and routines that have been created are sustainable and that you have the tools you need to get yourself back on course should you wander away.
You will ultimatley be leading your best life, your own Purely Nutritious life.
